who should use “the system?”

“The System,” quite frankly, is for anyone who types on a somewhat regular basis, and uses Microsoft Word, or other Word Processing program that has an actual AutoCorrect system. There is no way to use it for cheap OS programs like Notepad that have no AutoCorrect function, and at this time it is not being offered for any other program than Microsoft Word since it is the industry standard and most serious typists already use it.

Other people who may want to pass on “The System” are people who only type 2-3 times a year, like on birthdays and Christmas. “The System” is simple, but typing with abbreviations does require a little practice. Also, at this time “The System” is only available in US English; so if you need it in UK or AUS English, you will have to convert it yourself as you enter your own entries, and will not be able to benefit from the automatic download of approximately 30,000 AutoCorrect entries offered by the Modified Microsoft ACL file download.

Therefore, at this time I only recommend that the following groups of people consider purchasing it:

Writers, researchers, and editors

The first group is of course writers, researchers, and editors. They will all benefit immensely from not only the vast Master List of standard words, but also from the thousands of terms and phrases offered. It was designed chiefly with them in mind, since it was created by a serious researcher and aspiring writer.

journalists, columnists, and bloggers

The next group in mind is professional journalists, columnists, and bloggers. They too will be able to benefit substantially from the vast array of words, terms, and phrases pertaining to many areas pertaining to science, politics, history, and social issues – among other topics.

Professors, teachers, and students

Professors, teachers, and students will also benefit nicely for the same reasons as above. This will not only help the professorial class, but especially students who are being raised on word processors. If public school systems adopt it, effiency would increase, and proficiency standards could not help but escalate.

These writers will benefit perhaps the most since they have the most to gain from reduced brain fatigue; as they are well-known for putting in egregious hours most normal humans would shrink away in terror from. They are those who push their minds and bodies past healthy limits and therefore will enjoy the mental relief, prolonged artistic creativity, and increased mental vibrancy that “The System” offers those who endure.

This group also has much to gain, depending on the time and season they are in. Stenographers can easily adapt to using “The System” when typing on their own computers. And all of these groups can benefit from targeted use of the terms and phrases offered.

Professionals will be able to benefit from just learning a few dozen chief words, terms, and phrases that they are tired of typing out all the time. While this prototype edition does not include every possible professional term from every possible field, it provides enough to get just about anyone started; and a future edition may be massively expanded once some of AutoCorrect’s natural limitations are dealt with.

ministers, religious leaders, and cult leaders

No discrimination allowed here. Ministers, religious leaders, spiritualists, and even cult leaders should be pleased with the wide variety of words, terms, and phrases offered to them. While not every religious term from every religion could be included, it will be easy for advocates and devotees to create their own using the principles and examples found in “The System’s” User’s Manual.

second language english-speaking foreigners

The last time I checked, there were approximately 1.2 billion English-speaking people in the world; with only around 600 million or so in the West. So for much of the same reasons as for International leaders and business people, these groups have much to gain from a substantial AutoCorrect abbreviation system. It is much easier to learn [and type] the first 3-4 letters of a long word, than the entire word itself. As with all people, they do not have to learn the more difficult abbreviations to benefit from the thousands of seriously easy ones.

People who like to type a lot
